Mushroom Supplies

Getting started growing mushrooms can be seem confusing but shouldn't be. All you need to grow mushrooms is 1) Spores 2) Sterilized Mushroom food (sometimes called a Spawn Bag) and 3) A growing medium (sometimes called substrate). The easiest way to get started is to get 1) an all-in-one kit and 2) add on a spore syringe. Once you've had a successful grow you'll better understand the different components and purchase them separately.
